K-Saju is a digital service. There is no physical shipment.

Delivery method

Your reading is delivered as a PDF attachment to the email address you provided at checkout, plus a re-download link valid for 7 days.

Delivery time

Generation typically completes under 5 minutes after payment is confirmed. You will see a "Payment confirmed" page immediately after checkout, and the PDF will arrive in your inbox once generation finishes.

Did not receive your reading?

• Check your spam / junk folder.
• Confirm the email address you used at checkout. We send the PDF there.
• Re-download via the secure link on your "Payment confirmed" page — valid for 7 days.
• If 30 minutes have passed and the PDF has not arrived, contact koraclelabs@gmail.com — we will resend at no cost or refund the order at your choice. See Refund Policy.

International availability

Because there is no physical shipment, the Service is available globally wherever our payment provider operates. Some countries may be restricted by our payment processor; you will see an error at checkout if your country is not supported.

Customs & duties

Not applicable. Digital products are not subject to customs. Applicable taxes (VAT/GST) are calculated and disclosed at checkout by our payment processor based on your billing country.
