We want you to be happy with your reading. This page explains when and how you can request a refund. Because K-Saju is a digital product, the rules are slightly different from physical goods.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your reading for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the date the reading is delivered. No questions, no forms, no fees. Email koraclelabs@gmail.com with your purchase email (and order ID if handy) and we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the refund to your statement. For prepaid credits: unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once a credit is redeemed to unlock a reading — which is delivered to you instantly and which you ask us to make available immediately at unlock — that credit is non-refundable, except where the reading failed to generate (see below). The satisfaction guarantee applies to the content of a delivered reading.

EU / UK 14-day cooling-off period

Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Because K-Saju is a digital product delivered immediately upon payment, by completing checkout you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once delivery is complete (Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

However, our 30-day money-back guarantee above is broader than the statutory minimum and applies regardless of withdrawal-right status. EU/UK customers can use either path; the more favorable one applies.

Delivery failure or technical errors

If any of the following happens, contact us — we will fix it for free or issue a full refund at your choice. There is no time limit on delivery-failure cases:

  • The reading was never delivered to your inbox
  • The PDF is corrupted or unreadable
  • The chart calculation is wrong (e.g. wrong birth date or timezone due to our system error)
  • You were charged twice for the same order

Important notes

  • The 30-day clock starts on the date your reading is generated and delivered, not the date of payment.
  • You do not need to delete the downloaded PDF to be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are issued in the original currency. Bank or card-network conversion fees, if any, are not reimbursed.
  • Repeated abuse (e.g. purchasing and refunding multiple times with the same card or email) may result in account restriction.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases are eligible for refund at the price actually paid.

How to request a refund

  • The email address you used at checkout
  • Order ID from your receipt email (optional)
  • A short note (one line is fine)

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks take weeks and cost both sides time and money, while a direct refund typically settles within a few business days.
